Twenty years ago, Watt Integration was a license, a van, and Bryan Watt’s stubborn conviction that technology should disappear into a home — not dominate it. The valley took a chance on us. We’ve been repaying it ever since.

The unglamorous secret: communication

Kimberlee has run the operations side since the beginning, and her philosophy hasn’t moved an inch: technology can be intimidating, so we stay reachable — in the showroom, on the phone, by text. This year we added an after-hours support option, because systems don’t only misbehave between ten and six.

Built on referrals

Our first fifteen years grew almost entirely on word of mouth, and we treat every project like the next referral depends on it — because it does. As client Ori Eisen put it: “Look no further, this is the best team in Scottsdale.” We’ll take that over any billboard.

For twenty years, this valley has pushed us to raise the bar. Thank you. We’re not slowing down.
