Questions and answers
Monday through Friday, just walk in — 10 AM to 5 PM, and the coffee is on. Saturdays are by appointment only, so we can give you the room to yourself. Sundays we are listening at home.
Please do — it is the whole point. Vinyl, files or streams; if it matters to you, it is the right test material.
Because every piece is configured — finish, stands, room tuning. A number without the conversation is usually the wrong number. Ask; we answer straight.
Most single rooms: a day or two. Whole homes: two to six weeks from design sign-off, on a schedule we publish before we start.
